Horrible customer support. You get product warrenty purchasing online. I bought a $1,000 sofa after two years falling apart. Horrible quality!!! After reaching out regarding warrenty 5 months later still an issue. After me asking them to explain to be their warrenty process and wgy it takes to long that they need to remove my sofa from my home, I was advised “ it’s none of my business how their program is run” highly disappointed- I will never purchase from them !!

A technician was sent out who stated we needed to order parts and bring in to the shop to repair when the parts arrive. The customer does not want the furniture removed from the home. The warranty does specifically state that there may be some instances in which the furniture may need to be removed to be repaired.
I purchased a leather recliner in 2015 for my husband in the Hyannis, Mass. store. I believe it was June 2015. It was just over one year old when the problems started. The leather on the back wore away in a large patch. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan. A technician came to examine it and it ended up that they provided a replacement back section. That took some time and effort. Now on the replacement back once again (same area) a patch has worn away and one of the arms is falling apart. I called customer service to r... read more

The chair is 3 years old, the warranty is a service warranty not a replacement warranty. We do have a technician scheduled to go out to the customer's home next week.

Last August I purchased a few items from the Bernie and Phyls Saugus store. Most of the items were fine; however, the sofa has been nothing but a problem: first it was something wrong with the frame, then the cushions got really soft to the point that we feel the frame when we seat on it. Pushy sales person (Dee) said competition was crap when it was clearly better quality than ******* *********I was looking at (** has low rating), she was saying ** was the best quality! Old tired sales tactic. I was ready to purchase a couch that would have lasted 5 years maybe, and I asked for a 8% discount. Manager came in, said no discount possible, left, I walked out, then looked at reviews back home and I am glad I dodged the bullet. Don't fall for it, look online first, know what you are buying.

The sales man got me into a bed that was way out of my budget, but that it would really help me. I was so desperate for a comfortable bed that I paid for it.
