I feel like everyone was great until right after they got the sale. Once the sale was done no one seemed to care about customer satisfaction. We wanted a motion base, but expressed to them that we were concerned it would not work w the new bed frame we just purchased. Nothing but a joke from the very beginning. Picked out a mattress, brought it home it was terrible. We brought it back and they actually honored it, however we were charged 100 or 150ish they called a restock fee. Upgraded and bought a better mattress somewhere around 1100.00. It was a POS. Started sagging almost immediately. Roughed it out finally went in and they sent someone out to check it. Would you believe it was denied because we had only 3 support beams not 4. Ridiculous. Make sure you never ever shop at a Best Mattress Store, ANY OF THEM , especially the one in Las Vegas. Am I angry........ you betcha , big time ! JUST WARNING YOU ......... DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY TO YOU Just go online and you will see many mattress stores that I am sure are great , just keep away from this one, it cost me big time.
If I could give them a minus five I would. Please do not buy a mattress from this company. They are horrible to deal with and do not value customer service at all. I think I am a pretty reasonable person, but I don't like it when I'm promised a call back from the owner (twice) and it never happens. If you are buying a mattress, go with a national company like Mattress Firm or the like that will actually give you your money back if you are not happy, instead of making you purchase another one. Buyer beware!
If a place could earn a minus rating this would be the place. I've come to the conclusion those who can't sell used cars turn to mattress selling. Walked into this place looking for a new queen mattress. Right out of the box Lenny proceeds to show us a $1300.00 mattress. Told him what our limit was and he complied showed us queens in the 400 to 500 range.
