Came in for a no-frills mattress to use for a guest bedroom. They showed us their cheapest sets, and did not pressure us to get anything more expensive. We got a good mattress at a great price, and it was delivered the next day.
Bought a mattress a few weeks ago, nice mattress at a reasonable price. Not pushy salesmen either, just helpful and nice guys.
I was on a bed mission, this was my first stop. Alan was showing me the different kinds of tempurpedic mattresses. His great customer service stuck out to me but I left and went to 4 other mattress stores. No other store I went too had what I was looking for. A week later I came back to this Best Mattress location simply based off Alan's wonderful customer service. Kevin and Alan both helped me with my purchase and I had same day delivery. These guys are awesome! They really made my day! Thank you guys!
Alan was professional, personable, helpful. Transaction was efficient. Delivery as promised next day. They were neat, took away the old box spring and mattress and replaced with the new.
