Kevin has excellent customer service and will work with you to find a deal for you. We had to fill up a guest room which we did with the 199 mattress special. Delivery is only 39 dollars and was prompt the next day (I came in at 6 pm on a Friday and delivered sat morning at 10). Can't say anything better. If you're on a budget stop here!

We came during a big sale and got a really great deal on a comfortable mattress and pillows. Alan was awesome and showed a lot of interest in us and what we really needed for how we sleep. He didn't try to upsale us on a lot of more expensive mattresses but helped us find just the right one at the best price. He never pushed us and he listened really well to our needs.

Alan Gutierrez is so great! My husband and I went in there hoping to get a new mattress because ours was so old and sagging and hurt our backs. I was nervous because we don't have the best credit. We met Al and he totally helped us! He told us about this program that they use where we can finance our mattress through our bank. We gave it a shot and low and behold we were approved! I was dreading the idea of mattress shopping. I read about Best Mattress on Yelp and decided to make them my first stop. Within a few minutes of walking in, they became my last stop. I met with Kevin, let him know my price range, he showed me what they had, didn't try to talk me into anything more. The delivery guys came the next day (a Sunday!) and were right on time, very professional, and we're in and out within 10 minutes. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I just wanted to take a moment to write a review for Alan and Kevin. We went into the store to look for a bed after having a sleep number and returning it. This was a wonderful experience compared to anything we have ever encountered. The "sales" associates were very personable, relatable, knowledgable, and honest. I went to this store based on the Yelp reviews and agree it was an overall pleasant experience. I worked with Kevin, who was knowledgeable and low key. I was looking for a firm mattress for less than $1,000 (mattresses can cost over $2,000). Kevin pointed out my options and did not look to steer me to anything higher priced. Alan and Kevin are wonderful salesmen and listen to what the customer wants. They are very straight forward. They work with your budget. We found an excellent mattress, enjoyed a great conversation, and both worked for the customer. We got a discount and they haul your old mattress away, and deliver for free. Thank you!
