I had spinal surgery this summer and my doctor recommended a memory foam adjustable bed. These guys couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Got exactly the bed I wanted with adjustable base. They came to the house and set it all up for me. The motor was defective and they came the next day with a brand new one and installed it. No problems. Best bed I've ever owned. Price was way below competitors too.
I was not excited about going mattress shopping at all that morning but I wanted to get my daughter a new mattress as well as myself.. Both Alan and Kevin are very friendly and personable. After purchasing one mattress for my girlfriend's place from them and being satisfied with the experience, I returned several months later to buy another for my place.
Most mattress stores aren't very interesting. Most mattress sales people are not very personable. However we were in the market for a mattress and reluctantly went into Best Mattress. Be very cautious when buying a mattress from a business that does not list the price of many of its mattress. Be very cautious when signing there contract because it dose not allow you to return the mattress they say you can. Be very cautious of employee that are more concerned about telling you anything just to make a sell! The above happen to me at Best Mattress!
I bought a mattress in 2020 that was on sale the mattress sunk in the middle in a week I called the store and talk to one of the male workers and I explain to him what happened he told me there was nothing that they could do and all sales are final..... I live on a fixed income I can't afford to buy another mattress I haven't had a good night sleep since I wake up with back pain every morning when you get in your 50's it's important to get a good night's sleep all I can do is pray I will get a good mattress someday!
One words- rude. We went to the store to check out the mattresses. We were barely greeted because the salesman was very busy watching a game on his laptop. Then I asked one question and he looked me from head to toes like he was screening me to check if I can afford to buy a mattress from him. When we were leaving I said "thank you" and of course no reply followed from the older gentleman with the glasses. So arrogant and rude
The buying process was fine delivered the same day. They guarantee a 120 day comfort exchange. They encourage you to get a matress protector so that there are no stains. We decided to exchange in 60 days and the drivers came out to inspect the mattress and found a dot on the mattress that we believe was already there. They say it went through the protector you have to call the mattress protector company we cannot do the exchange. There was nothing on the matress protector to in the area of this dot. If you buy a mattress and are happy with it, I guess they're as good a place as any but don't fall for the "120 day guarantee." They will use every excuse to not take it back if you're not going to exchange it. Kayla is worthless and admitted the "manufacturer" won't take it back if the mattress is soiled (according to the guys who were sent to pick it up, which mine wasn't).
