Be very cautious when buying a mattress from a business that does not list the price of many of its mattress. Be very cautious when signing there contract because it dose not allow you to return the mattress they say you can. Be very cautious of employee that are more concerned about telling you anything just to make a sell! The above happen to me at Best Mattress!

I bought a mattress in 2020 that was on sale the mattress sunk in the middle in a week I called the store and talk to one of the male workers and I explain to him what happened he told me there was nothing that they could do and all sales are final..... I live on a fixed income I can't afford to buy another mattress I haven't had a good night sleep since I wake up with back pain every morning when you get in your 50's it's important to get a good night's sleep all I can do is pray I will get a good mattress someday!

One words- rude. We went to the store to check out the mattresses. We were barely greeted because the salesman was very busy watching a game on his laptop. Then I asked one question and he looked me from head to toes like he was screening me to check if I can afford to buy a mattress from him. When we were leaving I said "thank you" and of course no reply followed from the older gentleman with the glasses. So arrogant and rude

The buying process was fine delivered the same day. They guarantee a 120 day comfort exchange. They encourage you to get a matress protector so that there are no stains. We decided to exchange in 60 days and the drivers came out to inspect the mattress and found a dot on the mattress that we believe was already there. They say it went through the protector you have to call the mattress protector company we cannot do the exchange. There was nothing on the matress protector to in the area of this dot. If you buy a mattress and are happy with it, I guess they're as good a place as any but don't fall for the "120 day guarantee." They will use every excuse to not take it back if you're not going to exchange it. Kayla is worthless and admitted the "manufacturer" won't take it back if the mattress is soiled (according to the guys who were sent to pick it up, which mine wasn't). I feel like everyone was great until right after they got the sale. Once the sale was done no one seemed to care about customer satisfaction. We wanted a motion base, but expressed to them that we were concerned it would not work w the new bed frame we just purchased. We showed them pictures of the new bed frame and they seemed to think it would work just fine. We were hesitant but went ahead w the purchase after speaking w them for a bit. Nothing but a joke from the very beginning. Picked out a mattress, brought it home it was terrible. We brought it back and they actually honored it, however we were charged 100 or 150ish they called a restock fee. Upgraded and bought a better mattress somewhere around 1100.00. It was a POS. Started sagging almost immediately. Roughed it out finally went in and they sent someone out to check it. Would you believe it was denied because we had only 3 support beams not 4. Ridiculous. Make sure you never ever shop at a Best Mattress Store, ANY OF THEM , especially the one in Las Vegas. Am I angry........ you betcha , big time ! JUST WARNING YOU ......... DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY TO YOU Just go online and you will see many mattress stores that I am sure are great , just keep away from this one, it cost me big time.

If I could give them a minus five I would. Please do not buy a mattress from this company. They are horrible to deal with and do not value customer service at all. I think I am a pretty reasonable person, but I don't like it when I'm promised a call back from the owner (twice) and it never happens. If you are buying a mattress, go with a national company like Mattress Firm or the like that will actually give you your money back if you are not happy, instead of making you purchase another one. Buyer beware!
