I went to this store based on the Yelp reviews and agree it was an overall pleasant experience. I worked with Kevin, who was knowledgeable and low key. I was looking for a firm mattress for less than $1,000 (mattresses can cost over $2,000). Kevin pointed out my options and did not look to steer me to anything higher priced. Alan and Kevin are wonderful salesmen and listen to what the customer wants. They are very straight forward. They work with your budget. We found an excellent mattress, enjoyed a great conversation, and both worked for the customer. We got a discount and they haul your old mattress away, and deliver for free. Thank you!

I got an excellent mattress during their king for queen event. Reasonable price, free same-day delivery, and they'll haul your old mattress away. The stuff was knowledgeable, helpful, and not too pushy (which I was worried about). My next mattress will likely come for Best Mattress as well.

I had spinal surgery this summer and my doctor recommended a memory foam adjustable bed. These guys couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Got exactly the bed I wanted with adjustable base. They came to the house and set it all up for me. The motor was defective and they came the next day with a brand new one and installed it. No problems. Best bed I've ever owned. Price was way below competitors too.

I was not excited about going mattress shopping at all that morning but I wanted to get my daughter a new mattress as well as myself.. I was prepared for a large expense and was not wanting to deal with salesmen who don't listen and that planned on taking my last dollar it was going to be a very long day... We walked in and Alan helped us.., very nice and I felt at ease right away.. Both Alan and Kevin are very friendly and personable. After purchasing one mattress for my girlfriend's place from them and being satisfied with the experience, I returned several months later to buy another for my place.

Most mattress stores aren't very interesting. Most mattress sales people are not very personable. However we were in the market for a mattress and reluctantly went into Best Mattress. We were greeted by a very pleasant and personable gentleman named Alan Gutierrez. He inquired about what we were looking for. He showed us what was available and we tried out several. Be very cautious when buying a mattress from a business that does not list the price of many of its mattress. Be very cautious when signing there contract because it dose not allow you to return the mattress they say you can. Be very cautious of employee that are more concerned about telling you anything just to make a sell! The above happen to me at Best Mattress!

I bought a mattress in 2020 that was on sale the mattress sunk in the middle in a week I called the store and talk to one of the male workers and I explain to him what happened he told me there was nothing that they could do and all sales are final..... I live on a fixed income I can't afford to buy another mattress I haven't had a good night sleep since I wake up with back pain every morning when you get in your 50's it's important to get a good night's sleep all I can do is pray I will get a good mattress someday!
