My husband and I went in to Best Mattress over Memorial Day weekend because we were interested in checking out pricing for our son to get his first full size bed. So I'm having a baby and needed to get a new mattress before my little boy gets here. I've had my mattress since I was in the 8th grade and I'm 27 now, so you can see I really need a new bed. I walked in the store not knowing what I was getting into, I was greeted by Kevin. He made everything so easy with all his help on picking out a new mattress, it's nice when you walk into a place and the person is there to help you and not just make a sale. We had the greatest experience at Best Mattress! Kevin and Steven were extremely knowledgeable and helpful while my husband and I were trying to pick the best bed for the both of us. We both have issues with insomnia and back pain so we knew we needed to go to a place where we could ask questions. Also, Kevin, the store manager gave us a generous discount due to my husbands active duty military status. We are thrilled to get our new serta icomfort plush king size bed!!

I called Best Mattress from a competitor store, where I was unhappy with the staff and service. Kevin was friendly and immediately answered my questions without any run around. I left the miserable first store experience and was greeted with the same professionalism and friendliness by Kevin, Alan, and Steve in person at this Best Mattress location. Came in for a no-frills mattress to use for a guest bedroom. They showed us their cheapest sets, and did not pressure us to get anything more expensive. We got a good mattress at a great price, and it was delivered the next day.
