So I'm having a baby and needed to get a new mattress before my little boy gets here. I've had my mattress since I was in the 8th grade and I'm 27 now, so you can see I really need a new bed. I walked in the store not knowing what I was getting into, I was greeted by Kevin. He made everything so easy with all his help on picking out a new mattress, it's nice when you walk into a place and the person is there to help you and not just make a sale. My name is Thomas Harris and Kevin is my guy!

We had the greatest experience at Best Mattress! Kevin and Steven were extremely knowledgeable and helpful while my husband and I were trying to pick the best bed for the both of us. We both have issues with insomnia and back pain so we knew we needed to go to a place where we could ask questions. Also, Kevin, the store manager gave us a generous discount due to my husbands active duty military status. We are thrilled to get our new serta icomfort plush king size bed!!

Alan was super helpful. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, my new bed was delivered the same day and have slept well ever since. Great customer service, great experience.

I called Best Mattress from a competitor store, where I was unhappy with the staff and service. Kevin was friendly and immediately answered my questions without any run around. I left the miserable first store experience and was greeted with the same professionalism and friendliness by Kevin, Alan, and Steve in person at this Best Mattress location. Came in for a no-frills mattress to use for a guest bedroom. They showed us their cheapest sets, and did not pressure us to get anything more expensive. We got a good mattress at a great price, and it was delivered the next day.

I was on a bed mission, this was my first stop. Alan was showing me the different kinds of tempurpedic mattresses. His great customer service stuck out to me but I left and went to 4 other mattress stores. No other store I went too had what I was looking for. A week later I came back to this Best Mattress location simply based off Alan's wonderful customer service. Kevin and Alan both helped me with my purchase and I had same day delivery. These guys are awesome! They really made my day! Thank you guys!

Alan was professional, personable, helpful. Transaction was efficient. Delivery as promised next day. They were neat, took away the old box spring and mattress and replaced with the new.
