Just got a mattress from Brian here at the store on Smoke Ranch and Rainbow. Come speak with him with getting a mattress! He was excellent from start to finish! In this day and age, it's important to receive great customer service. Brian went above and beyond with his service! Truly Godsent!

I bought a bed here last week that just came in today , Marcus was the one who helped me and he's great! He has very good customer service skills, he was very knowledgeable and had my best interest while helping me !

We had a great experience buying our mattress at the Rainbow/Smoke Ranch location. Josh helped us find the perfect mattress and was not pushy at all during our experience. I would highly recommend buying your mattress here!

Josh was amazing from the second we got there to the second we stepped out. He really knew what he was talking about and recommend the perfect king bed for my husband and I and the perfect twin bed for our daughter. Best mattress did a great job at preventing the spread of COVID while also allowing customers to make sure they really loved the bed. Will definitely be recommending Best Mattress to all our friends and family.

Ahhh what a great sleepy time shopping experience. Shout out to Abel for helping us,and being full of mattress and bed knowledge, you'd think the guy graduated from mattress college... For starters we were the only customers in the store,just the way We liked it during these uncertain "PPE" equipment wearing times. Abel took his time to answer all of our questions,honestly, and straight to the point. Everyone should have a good doctor,lawyer. And mattress guy!!! Abel at best mattress you da man!!!5 yelpin stars!!!

We received such exceptional customer service from Josh. He was very friendly, personable and most of all - patient! My husband and I were just looking for ideas on a new mattress and he helped us with absolutely everything including price ranges and different mattress types. Just so happen to walk into this place after visiting party city and decided to take a little rest on a Medium firmness mattress. Cameron gave me a couple of pillows to try out and I just so happen to find the right one. How do I know, well after a 40 min nap I think I found the right mattress and pillow. Never once did I get told to leave and never was pressured to buy anything. I obviously bought the same one I slept in. So the real test comes in a couple months to see how it holds up. Stay tuned
