Horrible horrible company. $3500 mattress has issues after one week!!! After the 3 week inspection period I'm basically told to go fly a kite!!! REALLY!?!? Not my fault you guys manufactured the mattress incorrectly but somehow that's my fault.... SERIOUSLY people don't buy from this company they don't stand behind they're products, they will say anything to get the sale. But when it comes to issues with the product you can throw that "120 day warranty" out the window!!!!!!!!
I will not be returning when I need to buy my next mattress. Can't remember the guy who helped us he was ok, could have been better when we told him that after a week of sleeping in the new bed how it started to sink. A new bed shouldn't do that after only it being a week. Something was wrong with this bed from the start, we called him back he told us to call the company that comes out to inspect the bed to check it out, that lady was very friendly. I am giving Best Mattress a one star review because of their abhorrent sales tactics that seems to be the norm when it comes to modern day corporate behavior. I told John the salesman at their N. Rainbow store that I need a full size bed. At first he misunderstood and thought all I needed was a mattress, but I needed a complete bed. That's exactly what I told him, a COMPLETE BED. He quoted me a price that I agreed to, but when we sat down to complete the order he said "Oh, you also need a frame? That will cost another $90.00... read more
Came into the store just to look around. John the salesman was a little rude with his sales tactics. For example, i questioned the final price and he stated that we were arguing over "pennies". Mind you, this was a few hundred dollars and not mere pennies. The mattress we purchased i am happy with, but the service was sub-par in my opinion.
