Currently purchased a king size bed, and I couldn't be happier. Kris was our sales person. He was patient ( I ask a million questions) not pushy, and answered all my questions with detailed answers. Very happy with their customer service!! Make sure to ask for kris, the store manager!
The dear wife and I decided to get bunk beds for the kiddos, and Sunday was our one shopping day to get mattresses figured out. We were in the Rainbow/Cheyenne area so we knew Best Mattress was nearby and then there's another store down on Lake Mead and Rainbow. I purchased a full size bed for my grandson 2 years ago. About a month after purchase the box spring broke so I called the company and the sent out a representative to look at the bed. He determined the 8 year old caused the damage by jumping on the bed (not true). So we were stuck with a collapsing bed and no recource. Meanwhile 2 years later the cheaply manufactured mattress has collapsed and the box spring has fallen apart at the edge causing a very sharp edge. The sheets tear on the edge. This store had the worst sales staff. After price shopping this store the sales staff Sean wrote the price of the mattress down on the mattress I liked. I then continued to shop and found the exact mattress at another store for aprox $400 dollars less. Bought it there, however I went back to this store to pick up a $150 pillow my wife wanted. Best mattress advertised a number to call to find store locations. I called and was prompted to enter my zip code. I was then directed to a store at 7161 S. Easter that took me 25 minutes to drive to. I drove around the shopping center for 10 minutes asking folks where the store was. I was finally told where the store had been. That location was closed. That was an entire hour of my time wasted. If you can't get your phone menu right what can you do?
Absolute garbage customer service, overpriced low-quality products. My wife and I bought a $2,000 California King mattress set in 2014, as well as the mattress protector to prevent any stains on the mattress since we have kids and dogs. Fast forward to 2018. One of our dogs threw up on the bed and it leaked through the mattress protector onto the mattress. We called and had the mattress cleaned, but the stain wouldn't come out entirely. I purchased a mattress at this store. After a week of sleeping on the mattress my lower back was very sore. I attempted to return the mattress to the store. The sales receipt said nothing about how returns are conducted. The store manager came running out of the store telling me I can't bring that mattress in her store and if I attempt to she will call the police. The mattress was in my truck. Horrible horrible company. $3500 mattress has issues after one week!!! After the 3 week inspection period I'm basically told to go fly a kite!!! REALLY!?!? Not my fault you guys manufactured the mattress incorrectly but somehow that's my fault.... SERIOUSLY people don't buy from this company they don't stand behind they're products, they will say anything to get the sale. But when it comes to issues with the product you can throw that "120 day warranty" out the window!!!!!!!!
