Definitely 5 Stars! Shona, Store Manager, is awesome. She assisted us and answered all of our questions. She is very professional and knowledgeable, yet we never felt pressured. We shopped several other stores, and returned here to make our purchase. Great selection. Competitive prices. Our mattress was delivered the next day and the delivery guys were amazing as well. And the best part is that we love our new BeautyRest Black adjustable mattress!

My husband and I went to Best Mattress on N Rainbow to buy our daughter a bed. Shona was very helpful in choosing the bed that will serve her best. We were so happy with the friendly service we received, that we also purchased a bed for ourselves. We were very pleased with the service and the product. We also purchased the bamboo sheets. Shona was fantastic! Shona let us look and discover what mattress would fit me and asked after if we had questions and provided answers without pressure to buy. George and Zack delivered the new bed and took away the old bed and provided Outstanding Customer Service. Highly recommend this store for all your mattress needs.

After weeks and weeks of shopping around, I finally bought my new Beautyrest hybrid at this location after my second visit, thanks to John. I came back to Best Mattress because of their salesmen's friendliness and honesty. At no time did they try to hard sell me on their more expensive Tempur-Pedic mattresses, or ask me where I worked, or tried to get me to into their financing (cough cough Mattress Firm). Went looking for two new mattresses as the ones we had were over 10 years old. \ Went first by myself to get a look around. Met John who talked me through the various types of support, pillow tops versus non-pillow top and the likes. He knew his stuff! Went back later that day with my daughter - who the second mattress was for. Sam was a wonderful salesman. He took his time with us, providing lots of information, but not pressuring us. We bought a Beauty Rest Black and love it.
