I have had my Beauty Rest pillow top for three months now and I love it! It was a long time coming because I had my previous mattress for ten years. The gal who helped made sure I tested every bed to made sure I made an informed decision. I appreciate the deals Best Mattress offers and the great customer service provided by the staff.

Great selection of mattresses to try. Sam was very helpful in providing information related to mattress selections. Sam was very patient and friendly. Best quality was that he was not pushy at all, and really focused on us when it was our turn to be served!

Came in Saturday morning and there were two people ahead of me. Cutting all the bs you don't need to hear here, Kris hooked it up with a great mattress at a good price. Including dealing with the two families in front of me, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also offered some advice to a new local around town. Delivery guys gave me a 3 hour range and showed up at the very beginning of the range, although YMMV there. They dropped the mattress and box off in 10 minutes. Highly recommend coming here.

I was not positive what to expect when I walked into an empty store with one sales person, I was pleasantly surprised how well the experience and purchase turned out. Kris greeted us and asked us what we were searching for in a mattress and stayed within our needs. Kris is an incredibly knowledge salesperson with a great sense of humor that actually cares. For a person who has no idea on what to look for when trying to purchase a new king size bed. The Manager Kris was excellent in his way of explaining the difference in every single bed. I know how difficult I can be when it comes to questions and concerns around making an uneducated purchase. Kris really took the time to find the right bed for me! Outstanding job making everything so stress free!!! I would recommend the Store Manager Kris to anyone of my friends and family when purchasing a new bed!!! Thanks again Kris!!!!
