I took my parents here to find a new bed. John assisted us in finding the perfect mattress set. He is honest, friendly and just lovely to speak with. I will be coming back when I decide to replace my bed. I highly recommend this place and John!!

I relocated to NV a couple of weeks ago and needed to purchase a mattress set. Best Mattress came highly recommended so I ventured into the store on Blue Diamond Road. We have putt off getting a mattress for a long time. John greeted us, and listened to our needs, and didn't push us or over sell us, which I greatly appreciate. We laughed and had a great time too. Easy peasy. Purchased our Mattress over Labor Day weekend, Great price, great service, great experience.

I just want everyone, who is looking for a great mattress and a salesman who really cares about your needs , to go to this store on Blue Diamond. John is one of the best salesmen I have done business with in a long time. He is knowledge in all the fields of the mattress business and so courteous. He absolutely goes above and beyond what a salesman would go. If I still had a business I would hire him in a heartbeat but I am now retired. THANK YOU JOHN FOR ALL YOU HELP..I LOVE MY NEW MATTRESS.

Walked into the store because I had questions about mattresses and was helped out by Greg. Customer service was second to none and he was very knowledgeable about all of the products. The whole experience was comfortable (both the beds and the customer service from Greg!) and he and John both worked to get new decent Labor Day Deal.

Went to this store in search of a good mattress. John was very helpful and answered every question we had. He was very honest and was not pushy at all. He tried to get us the best deal which I really appreciated. There needed to be a change in our order so i called the next day and spoke to someone else(bill?). Even with the truck out for delivery they were able to adjust my order and bring a different base for me. If you're looking for a bed I'd highly recommend stopping here.

My GF and I were in the market for a spare bedroom mattress, we stopped in to see what was available. John greeted us right away.... he made several suggestions that would fit our needs and was very honest in his dealings. John made our "shopping" day a success!!! Thanks John for a great experience, we will return when we need that "$5,000.00" mattress.

I bought two mattresses and a frame from John today and I was incredibly impressed and very satisfied with his customer service. I usually hate going to the store to buy a mattress and find the whole process tedious and time consuming, but John made it ridiculously easy and pleasant. I found John to be honest and fair in our dealings. I appreciated his direct approach and his assistance with finding the right mattresses to fit my needs. John made the process of buying our new mattress so easy!!!!! He asked us a ton of questions to narrow down what kind of bed we were looking for exactly and then asked what our budget was for the mattress. He was so sweet to my daughter who started to get antsy after she woke up in her stroller...he blew up and gave her a ballon and some candy I am definitely extremely satisfied with his level of service!
