Updating my review to 5 stars. While I will leave my one star on Corp for their handling of my warranty, Sean and this location was amazing. He helped obtain the necessary letter for Corp that helped with allowing us to get our credit. He assisted and gave valuable information with our daughters bed that we decided to buy in a whim. Took some time to get our mattress and little hiccups with delivery, but Shawn got us through it and made sure we were well taken care of. We had an excellent experience buying our Tempur-pedic mattress beginning with Cameron in the store and ending with Reuben at delivery. Cameron sold us exactly what we wanted for a very fair price with no drama or pressure, and Reuben's delivery was professional and right on schedule. Shawn was very informational and helpful in our decision on the best Matress that would fit both our sleeping accommodations. We purchased the Black Beauty Matress and we love our Matress. Finally, no back pain when we awake in the morning. We highly recommend this store and the salesperson Shawn.

I just want to say I didn't expect to find such a helpful and kind man such as manager Shawn Spierer at Best Mattress on Warm Springs in Henderson. I have always loathed shopping for a new bed, it's usually like shopping for a new car where you are smothered by the sales person and they try to sell the most expensive item and don't listen to what you want.
