Shawn is amazing, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy in anyway. Thank you for setting us up with the right mattress in the price range we wanted to spend. Shawn kept the store open late for us to accommodate and had the delivery the next morning. Great job.

I just want to say I didn't expect to find such a helpful and kind man such as manager Shawn Spierer at Best Mattress on Warm Springs in Henderson. I have always loathed shopping for a new bed, it's usually like shopping for a new car where you are smothered by the sales person and they try to sell the most expensive item and don't listen to what you want. We visited several mattress stores before buying our mattress in this store. They allow a 120 day trial will a no restocking fee, whereas other stores had a restocking fee. Cameron, our sales representative listened to our desires and helped us find the mattress to best match our needs and desires. He was knowledgeable about mattresses, willing to answer questions, patient, and did not pressure us in any way. Shawn and Cameron helped us out at our first experience at best mattress. These two gentlemen were some of the most knowledgeable and professional sales associates I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Buying your first mattress can be a bewildering experience but they made the decision easy and found something in our price range. Will definitely return because of these two. Highly recommend

great service and information to help selection of a mattress. very professional, Kris and Shaun.. they have a good selection in all price ranges. you can shop all aroubd town, but the choices seem to lead you back to BM.
