My adventure into buying a high end mattress started elsewhere, I got a bad vibe from that place and was going to give up and go home. I saw this store and decided to go in.....I am so happy I did! I stopped by here to kill time , yes I was looking for a new matte but this location was almost the furthest from where I live but I needed to kill time in this side of town and fortunately had an incredible customer service experience. After leaving I took my husband to a store in our side of town and quickly realized we were not getting the service expected. Great experience with this company! Shawn helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We found the mattress we wanted which came with a price match guarantee leaving out the hassle of having to shop around. They were having a sale so we also got 2 free pillows, a set of sheets, and free delivery (and exchange if we didn't like it within the first 120 days). Delivery was prompt, next day. After making my rounds at many mattress and furniture stores around town I went to Best Mattress. I was promptly greeted by Marcus!! He was very friendly and attentive. Not pushy at all but very personable and helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Very pleased with our salesman Shawn Spierer he was professional, polite, and patient NOT pushy or a know it all. He answered all my questions and I had a million of them because of all the research I did before I went there. He had no problems with my research and he did not be little me for knowing stuff. I got a great deal the negotiations were easy. Shawn is the reason we did not go to mattress firm, that and all my research I knew he did his best to work with me. I just want to express my appreciation for Best Mattress at 1211 W Warm Springs in Henderson. We were treated with courtesy, price was fair and they did all that they said they would due. Unfortunately, although we loved the mattress, my wife, who has some allergies, was just not able to keep the mattress, due to an allergic reaction, so we had to return it. Fabulous experience buying our mattresses. Shawn answered all my questions and helped me understand the difference between all the options. I ended up buying 2 high end mattresses - one with an adjustable base - for less than single mattresses I looked at earlier in the day. If you need to buy a mattress this is the place to go!!

So far a great experience in finding and buying a mattress with the help from staff member, Dennis. Both my friend and I were looking after just moving to Vegas. When I first gave Dennis my price range for a firm mattress he showed me exactly what I asked for. He then offered some other options with NO pressure, or BS chat just some polite advice and concise information.
