I just want to express my appreciation for Best Mattress at 1211 W Warm Springs in Henderson. We were treated with courtesy, price was fair and they did all that they said they would due. Unfortunately, although we loved the mattress, my wife, who has some allergies, was just not able to keep the mattress, due to an allergic reaction, so we had to return it. Fabulous experience buying our mattresses. Shawn answered all my questions and helped me understand the difference between all the options. I ended up buying 2 high end mattresses - one with an adjustable base - for less than single mattresses I looked at earlier in the day. If you need to buy a mattress this is the place to go!!

So far a great experience in finding and buying a mattress with the help from staff member, Dennis. Both my friend and I were looking after just moving to Vegas. When I first gave Dennis my price range for a firm mattress he showed me exactly what I asked for. He then offered some other options with NO pressure, or BS chat just some polite advice and concise information. A friend of mine told me to get a mattress here. I usually go to RC Willey. The prices were very good. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. The guys who delivered it were very nice. I will definitely be back. The sales prices can't be beat! Thank you!

After looking at a few mattress places, we went to Best Mattress on Warm Springs & Marks. Cameron, our sales rep, was professional yet personal in guiding us to the right mattress for the 2 of us. The experience was unhurried and with no pressure. Delivery was fast & efficient with 2 workers who were very pleasant & respectful. Will definitely refer our friends to this store.

Best Mattress equals Best experience!! I walked in and was greeted by a very nice sales rep. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took me over to my new mattress. On top of the already great sale price of the mattress he was able to get me a few freebies and an additional discount. I would recommend Best Mattress as the place to go for wonderful customer service and an overall great experience!
