BEWARE they will charge your credit card for items you didn't recieve and then tell you they can't return the money that it has to go through corporate. it is 12 days and counting still no refund. 0/10 do not recomend. but do yourself a favor and if you do go pay cash so they can refund you right then when they overcharge you

Filthy floors, dirty/sticky tables, booth seats cracked, bathrooms disgusting. Food not typical even for Big Boy. Service terrible. Long wait w 1/4 full restaurant. I've never reviewed before, but felt compelled. Very disappointed.
Just crap food. Cmon. Burnt breakfast to the point it was inedible. Staff didn't care. Just sad. Won't be back.
mom and I went for breakfast and got buffet. The eggs were made from powder, the sausage was undercooked, the biscuits were rock solid, the staff seemed to be pretty methed up. The place didn't seem that dirty though. And it cost $40 for two buffets.
A person claiming to be the manager of the location at the time this occurred sent me this message. Their is a reason she isn't the manager anymore.
Food was good, men's bathroom was disgusting, while the manager day at a table on his computer the entire time we we there for lunch
Toys restaurant shares a driveway with the local hotel. From the outside is not the best shape and the parking lot is very rough. Watch where you're walking so you don't hurt yourself. Upon entering the restaurant it was understaffed. This is too be a little expected, but only 3 other tables was seated. It took 5 minutes to be sat down. The service was swift but not efficient. Was hungry for a good soup but had flour and potatoes instead. Horrible my husbands shake was chocolate milk would never go back to a Big Boy restaurant again Mrs W
