Worst ever. Don't waste your time. Horrible service. Listened to them argue about how none of the servers wanted our table. Food was awful. Awful. Everything is dirty. Go somewhere else.
Tried eating there twice in the last few months.....will never go back. Service is sooooo slow, even with only a few tables being occupied in the restaurant. Waitresses messing around while we haven't been offered refill, and food was like warm at best. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere other than here!!!
Came her to grab a quick breakfast so my husband and I decided to just get the breakfast bar. Neither one of us could eat the waffles and the gravy tasted spoiled. We thought for $9.99 there would more to offer and of better quality. It took my husband 3 plates from the clean stack before he found one actually clean. The best thing about this place is our server, Kimmy. The food was ok. Not good, just ok. If you're looking for a good place to eat in Clare, don't start here. Oh, and the restroom smelled like a New York subway station. Piss smell like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.
I wish I could give it a zero. What kind of a restaurant closed its salad bar at 7pm and then doesn't have soup that's on the menu. Place was disgusting and the food was bland. Waitress disappeared for 20 minutes twice and never checked on us. Manager Monica was unconcerned with the horrible service we got and gave me a discount for the soup we never got. I encourage everyone to go elsewhere
We stopped here on our way home this morning for breakfast. The restaurant wasn't busy yet, a few tables were filled, but a lot of seating was open. We were seated by a polite young lady acting as hostess/waitress. It took several minutes for an actual waitress to greet us and take our drink order. Absolutely discusting! Dining room and kitchen are filthy. Food took 1 hour to come out and was cold. Had to ask for drinks and bill.
Ordered potato pancakes and eggs over easy. Potato pancakes underdone. Eggs overdone.
This Big Boy was filthy, poor service. The bathrooms were disgusting. I have ate at other Big Boys and this one in Clare, Mi gives a bad reputation to the other Big Boys in Michigan.
