Yesterday afternoon I arrived shortly after the game started to join some friends. I asked for the waitress, Sierra. They told me she was working another section and the bar. They requested to speak to the manager. He came over and sent someone. That person came over once and never returned. Halftime...still noone comes to the table. Sat at the only bar by myself and the only bar-tender never acknowledged me verbally. She saw me, but continued to serve others both at the bar and drinks for servers and not me. A middle-aged man who worked there also ignored me. I don't know if it was just overwhelming busy due to the home-team's play-off game that day, a brown thing or a Mexican thing; but I was disappointed and disgruntled. Food wasnt that great. Service was super slow. At one point we had to go and grab our food ourselves.
Got home with plastic bag full of oil. Fries soggy cause they put the fries in the same box as the wings. Fries were salty af. Mac and cheese has no taste. 35$...
Went in for dinner with friends and looked forward to having some great wings. Arrived and as we walked in the Astros game was on so we were happy campers. We did notice that the Special of the day was "$8.00 burger" which the menu said was normally $14.00. Our wonderful server Ginger (195) seated us and took our order. Waited an hour just to get appetizers. When food came out it was cold. Customers were seated after us and were served before we were.
Miya was really rude when she made a mistake on our group order. She tried to make us pay $30.15 for a meal we never received. She had an attitude when we started talking about the mistake SHE had made. The general manager didn't help in any way he was just standing there and was trying to make us pay. Overall don't have Miya as your server.
