The food is good but the service here is horrible. The tables are always dirty and the servers are never attentive. I would recommend going to another location.

So this is $27 worth of food?? No salad dressing one piece of cheese, 4 jalapeños, 3 pieces of onion but up charge for all of that when you add grilled onions and japenos to the burge . The two small containers are the chili and cheese for the bun-less burger. If you order the same thing online vs over the phone was 2 dollars cheeper as well. Will not be going back!!

Service was absolutely HORRIBLE. We waited over an hour just for them to bring out the wrong order. We just ate what was served since we had plans after. Chicken in the birdy sandwich was disgusting, overcooked. Tater tots overcooked, hard as stones. The drinks aren't even good. I would never visit this place again. They didn't even try to work with us. I asked the waitress why the food was taking so long and never saw her again. Trust me, just go to Red Robin's next door.

First time here and my first impression of this place was that they are very disorganized! Place look like a mess walking in. We waited a few min for them to prepare a table for my family of 7. We finally get seated and there's no menus on the table. Our server took our drink order but never brought menus. After 10 min or more I already had grabbed a menu Off another table. The food was terrible, nothing seemed fresh. The sauce on the garlic wings tasted artificial and the Mac n cheese was off.

Pricey for mediocre wings. Service was embarrassingly bad. My husband has to get her own beer from the bar. Received wings without sauce and had to send back. Original mild buffalo wings is just butter on wings. Wait staff do not work as a team helping each other. Ambiance is very loud and we could barely hear each other. Football game night and only few small TVs showing the games. Only wrestling on the big screens. Pluckers, wing stop or BWW is way better.

Walked in during a cowboys game, placed was packed but got taken to a table by the manager as it was being wiped down. Saw 4 other groups get sat down after us 2 of them getting theirs drinks and utensils before we even got asked for our drinks (we never got asked after 20 mins of sitting) decided to leave and turned menus to manager who seemed to not care if we left or not, environment was definitely a vibe but service and attitude definitely needs to improve.

Usually my favorite wing place because of customer service & quality, but clearly it's going downhill. Did a curb side 9/22 and they forgot to bring my drinks. Called after I got home & she didn't want to give me a refund because apparently it was going to be too much work so I settled on Monica offering a free appetizer plus my two drinks the next time we came, just had to call. HORRIBLE. Don't even waist your time to try and go. Me and my family order 3 lbs of Crawfish and the Crawfish WAS ROTTED.The service wasn't really that good as well. The manger tried to give us a IOU. Then a $20 off for next time we come. we will never be going back there.the mood was kinda of weird. never waist your time to go here!
