I've been hearing the promos for BCW on the radio, the host saying his family order to go so many times that I had to try it to watch the game. Great timing as both football & baseball games were on. The place was about 60% filled so we asked for a table with a view to both games. WINDY! to the point of paper towels flying off tables. My second and last time ordering from them. Chicken was barely cooked. No blue cheese in the dressing. Very poorly packed. The kicker was one piece of celery wrapped so tight in a piece of foil. I had to tear the foil to see what it was. And when I got to it it wasn't close to fresh. Very pliant. I came to this establishment because Michael Berry touted it. I love Michael Berry. This time he was so, so wrong.
Love the servers and service from Mercedes, Cynthia. Management needs to stay ahead of the game and keep drink orders and in stock, as a usual they should understand when drinks run low ahead of time, Came today for astros game first play off and still no Jack like two weeks ago... and this is my sit down drink.
Went on a Saturday the place was not packed. Drinks were good the wings however were not the best for me. Could be biased but I'm not a fan of wings tossed in that thick, wet wings sauce were I could basically but the wings in water and wash all the flavor off.

Never wrote a review while still at the establishment. Here on a Wednesday evening, the place was dead.. we only came in here because we missed our show next door at the Improv & the game was on anyways. There were only 3 other tables seated. Took 26 mins before we got our sodas. Seems like they forgot. Ordered the cheesy spud and lemon pepper wings. DO NOT COME HERE. THE SERVERS STEAL. Ate here with my husband about 2 weeks ago. Service was absolutely horrible. The server also increased the tip by $10. Wrote it in HIMSELF. Turns out this is a problem here per the previous reviews. Spoke with the manager, Lee, several times. He found the receipt and confirmed the server had in fact increased the tip. This place has great food but sucks. There are a million staff members and no one does anything. They walk around and just stare. One bartender for the whole place. Saw one girl eat a fry and then deliver that plate to another table. Gross. Wouldn't recommend to my family.
If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. It was so terrible here with service and how they handled a party of 6. They took well over 15 min for someone to just come to our table and ask what we wanted to drink, an extra 15 min for the drinks to even come out (waters and 3 beers). The wait for the food was AT LEAST an hour, my wings were DRENCHED IN SAUCE that was so terrible. Management here is so bad. I hit this 1 star cause I had too! I'm currently sitting on here to eat some wings and this couple goes to the patio which is right by my table to light up a smoke. Well the door and patio are inches apart! So instead of them just leaving out the front they stood and are blowing cigarette smoke back in the building in our faces!
