Usually my favorite wing place because of customer service & quality, but clearly it's going downhill. Did a curb side 9/22 and they forgot to bring my drinks. Called after I got home & she didn't want to give me a refund because apparently it was going to be too much work so I settled on Monica offering a free appetizer plus my two drinks the next time we came, just had to call. Well I called today and I guess she didn't put my name on a list so they didn't see my free items, they passed the phone to 4 different people with... read more

HORRIBLE. Don't even waist your time to try and go. Me and my family order 3 lbs of Crawfish and the Crawfish WAS ROTTED.The service wasn't really that good as well. The manger tried to give us a IOU. Then a $20 off for next time we come. we will never be going back there.the mood was kinda of weird. never waist your time to go here!

After countless bad experiences at this restaurant today was the final straw. I have come here for years and all of my friends have refused to come back. For me, it was convenience as I typically go to the movie theater close by. Today is a rainy Sunday and I showed up to watch the NBA playoffs game and the Astros game. Halfway through the NBA playoffs game they turned it off and switched it to the Astros. When I asked them to put the game back on the TV I was watching they said they could only put it on a small screen. So... read more

Salty, Noisy, and bad service. First and last visit. Makes me want to diet. Food was cold and all came out at once. Waitress couldn't remember the order. Not a good idea. Could have done better at home with an air fryer.

The waitress was doing her best to help us with the menu, take our orders, make our drinks, and serve our food...but the food and overall ambience just were meh at best. The food -- we decided to try to tender special of the night -- TRASH! Not even worth the discounted price. The drinks were decent but it's not worth the visit overall.

This place has horrible service. Took my 3 kids to have some burgers and I guess because of that they ignored me for more than 25 minutes. This place is ran by young kids so you think twice if if you want to pay a visit. I ended up stopping by Red Robin and believe me before 5 min they already had my order. Kids don't judge the book by it's cover. Some people likes to spend. Don't me dumbies and arrogant.

Service has been awful, had to flag someone down to get drinks. Food was served cold. You would think the food would be great because prices are higher. Ambiance was ok with all the games playing. Will never come again.

I've been hearing the promos for BCW on the radio, the host saying his family order to go so many times that I had to try it to watch the game. Great timing as both football & baseball games were on. The place was about 60% filled so we asked for a table with a view to both games. WINDY! to the point of paper towels flying off tables. As cool/romantic as you think it is to have roll-up doors opened, I think you guys need to monitor it better... when food gets cold instantly and napkins start flying away: time to shut it! My second and last time ordering from them. Chicken was barely cooked. No blue cheese in the dressing. Very poorly packed. The kicker was one piece of celery wrapped so tight in a piece of foil. I had to tear the foil to see what it was. And when I got to it it wasn't close to fresh. Very pliant. I came to this establishment because Michael Berry touted it. I love Michael Berry. This time he was so, so wrong.
