Literally the worst service i have experienced in years. Got here at 12:20. Ordered an appetizer and wings two waters a soda and a beer. 12:58 received appetizer. 1:30 received wings - cold. Barely ate them requested receipt from a different server because never saw Shyuanna our server. It's 2:00pm and finally paid. I made the mistake of stopping in here on a Friday night and I should have immediately walked out once I noticed how empty it was. To begin with the whole restaurant felt incredibly dirty just looking at all the surfaces including the tables. I didn't really mind since it's a wing place and it's supposed to be a more casual experience. We ordered 15 wings, but in hindsight I wish we had just stuck with the $3 margaritas (probably the one good thing from this experience). Just went to this location last night and received terrible service. Sat there for a little over 17 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. During the time I witnessed the only 2 tables near us that were occupied had the waiter check on them 4 times. Guess I should have looked at the other many reviews that said the same thing about service and UNDERCOOKED FOOD. Glad that we walked out when we did, that was the good lord looking out for us. I was told to choose a seat and someone would be with me. I literally sat for almost 20 minutes before someone asked if I'd been helped. She brought water and a menu and no one came back for over 15 min. Finally ordered my food and it was just an overall disappointing experience.

Food takes forever, soggy fries, forgot sauces on to-go orders. Second bad and similar experience in a row. Will never return.

Really Bad Service. The manager took my order and it took him forever to get the food, after that he never show up again and i couldnt even get the ranch, my water and my ticket, i was waiting like 20 min, while someone was looking for him cause i couldnt pay.

So we get to the restaurant around 9:00pm and our wings did not come out until 1040pm so we wait an hour for our wings to come out extremely cold so I told our waiter and she was like do you want us to remake them and I'm like no! I'm mean really we wait an hour just for our wings to come out COLD!! So we get our checks and no discount! No manager to apologize no nothing so safe to say I won't be going back

Ordered a brownie with ice cream - the brownie was rock solid when I got it. Definitely well over cooked, which would have been known when it was taken out. I would have waited longer than receive something bad.

I visited this location last Friday, I ordered my usual 10 wings combo. As I was eating I noticed that my wings were undercooked/bloody As soon as I noticed that I spoke to the manager, which she was very nice and took care of the situation, she brought me a new order of fresh wings, which I end up not eating them because I was disgusted by the undercooked wings I previously got.
