Bathroom was so gross smelled like sewer. Was dirty and needed updating. No soap at all. I would have seen it first I would not eat there. Employee came in and did not wash his hands after cleaning a toilet. So sad could be awesome. Do not eat there unless u want to get sick.
We were seated and waited 40-45 minutes for our food which was cold and hard except for my fries and the prices are through the roof $20 just for a 10piece wings will not be going back
Just terrible. Wings were refrigerator cold and soaked in oil. Fries were soggy and barely warm.
This place is so unorganized!!! I arrived at 9:20pm with my family of 6 didn't get seated till 9:35pm to then have to wait over an hour and a half for our food to come out, this table of four who got there shortly after us cancelled their order because it was taking forever! Came in yesterday on 04/18/2021 around 2-3pm to celebrate my daughter's cheer competition the restaurant was empty and the host attempted to sit us at a small table, i then requested a booth she sat me directly behind a family (not social distancing) we sat for 10 minutes as the server passed us up (I am aware that may have not been his section) however he could've greeted us and got some one to assist.... the next table came in got seated and that server immediately assisted them so we decided not to stay. Took 10 minutes to seat us and never came to the table. 30 minutes later walked to the register to let an employee know of the wait and neglect. 20 minutes passed by we walked out and will never come again.
Ridiculous. HORRIBLE service. Drinks literally took an HOUR! Check took 20 minutes. Just ridiculous service. Appetizers were really good but everything else was just simply ridiculous.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! This was the absolute worse experience I've ever had in a restaurant. save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. The server Roman and the manager Milton were so rude and the food was cold after we waited two hours at 3 o'clock on a Sunday. Left furious and hungry. Highly do not recommend. Does not deserve the one star but I had to put it to leave this review.
This restaurant is, by far, one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The restaurant itself is ugly, the chairs are made of cheap plastic and polyester that is torn, while the tables laminate is halfway peeled off. Additionally, the volume of the 50+ TVs was obnoxiously loud to where we couldn't even hear our waiter.
