Really Bad Service. The manager took my order and it took him forever to get the food, after that he never show up again and i couldnt even get the ranch, my water and my ticket, i was waiting like 20 min, while someone was looking for him cause i couldnt pay.
So we get to the restaurant around 9:00pm and our wings did not come out until 1040pm so we wait an hour for our wings to come out extremely cold so I told our waiter and she was like do you want us to remake them and I'm like no! I'm mean really we wait an hour just for our wings to come out COLD!! So we get our checks and no discount! No manager to apologize no nothing so safe to say I won't be going back
Ordered a brownie with ice cream - the brownie was rock solid when I got it. Definitely well over cooked, which would have been known when it was taken out. I would have waited longer than receive something bad.
I visited this location last Friday, I ordered my usual 10 wings combo. As I was eating I noticed that my wings were undercooked/bloody As soon as I noticed that I spoke to the manager, which she was very nice and took care of the situation, she brought me a new order of fresh wings, which I end up not eating them because I was disgusted by the undercooked wings I previously got. Bathroom was so gross smelled like sewer. Was dirty and needed updating. No soap at all. I would have seen it first I would not eat there. Employee came in and did not wash his hands after cleaning a toilet. So sad could be awesome. Do not eat there unless u want to get sick.
We were seated and waited 40-45 minutes for our food which was cold and hard except for my fries and the prices are through the roof $20 just for a 10piece wings will not be going back
Just terrible. Wings were refrigerator cold and soaked in oil. Fries were soggy and barely warm.
This place is so unorganized!!! I arrived at 9:20pm with my family of 6 didn't get seated till 9:35pm to then have to wait over an hour and a half for our food to come out, this table of four who got there shortly after us cancelled their order because it was taking forever! Came in yesterday on 04/18/2021 around 2-3pm to celebrate my daughter's cheer competition the restaurant was empty and the host attempted to sit us at a small table, i then requested a booth she sat me directly behind a family (not social distancing) we sat for 10 minutes as the server passed us up (I am aware that may have not been his section) however he could've greeted us and got some one to assist.... the next table came in got seated and that server immediately assisted them so we decided not to stay.
