Pricey for mediocre wings. Service was embarrassingly bad. My husband has to get her own beer from the bar. Received wings without sauce and had to send back. Original mild buffalo wings is just butter on wings. Wait staff do not work as a team helping each other. Ambiance is very loud and we could barely hear each other. Football game night and only few small TVs showing the games. Only wrestling on the big screens. Pluckers, wing stop or BWW is way better.

Walked in during a cowboys game, placed was packed but got taken to a table by the manager as it was being wiped down. Saw 4 other groups get sat down after us 2 of them getting theirs drinks and utensils before we even got asked for our drinks (we never got asked after 20 mins of sitting) decided to leave and turned menus to manager who seemed to not care if we left or not, environment was definitely a vibe but service and attitude definitely needs to improve.

Usually my favorite wing place because of customer service & quality, but clearly it's going downhill. Did a curb side 9/22 and they forgot to bring my drinks. Called after I got home & she didn't want to give me a refund because apparently it was going to be too much work so I settled on Monica offering a free appetizer plus my two drinks the next time we came, just had to call. HORRIBLE. Don't even waist your time to try and go. Me and my family order 3 lbs of Crawfish and the Crawfish WAS ROTTED.The service wasn't really that good as well. The manger tried to give us a IOU. Then a $20 off for next time we come. we will never be going back there.the mood was kinda of weird. never waist your time to go here!

After countless bad experiences at this restaurant today was the final straw. I have come here for years and all of my friends have refused to come back. For me, it was convenience as I typically go to the movie theater close by. Today is a rainy Sunday and I showed up to watch the NBA playoffs game and the Astros game. Halfway through the NBA playoffs game they turned it off and switched it to the Astros. Salty, Noisy, and bad service. First and last visit. Makes me want to diet. Food was cold and all came out at once. Waitress couldn't remember the order. Not a good idea. Could have done better at home with an air fryer.

The waitress was doing her best to help us with the menu, take our orders, make our drinks, and serve our food...but the food and overall ambience just were meh at best. The food -- we decided to try to tender special of the night -- TRASH! Not even worth the discounted price. The drinks were decent but it's not worth the visit overall.

This place has horrible service. Took my 3 kids to have some burgers and I guess because of that they ignored me for more than 25 minutes. This place is ran by young kids so you think twice if if you want to pay a visit. I ended up stopping by Red Robin and believe me before 5 min they already had my order. Kids don't judge the book by it's cover. Some people likes to spend. Don't me dumbies and arrogant.

Service has been awful, had to flag someone down to get drinks. Food was served cold. You would think the food would be great because prices are higher. Ambiance was ok with all the games playing. Will never come again.
