We enjoy coming here and especially on Wednesdays. The drinks, burgers and service is awesome. We are now regulars - Steven makes everyone feel special. He's super passionate about this place. Emma is top notch and the AA sister behind the bar makes the best drinks. One of my favorite spots!!!
It's always a treat to eat at Big city wings. The food never disappoints. 2 for 1 Tuesdays and $8 burger Wednesdays are my favorite. The services are always accommodating. The manager Steven is the best. And they are a great location for football Sundays.
I been coming to Big City Wings for a while this time I came in I had the pleasure of being waiting on by Eric and Eli. It was Eric's first official day and Eli was making sure he did a great job. They were very attentive and made sure our order was correct and everything we needed was taken care of. I order the Southwest Chicken Salad and it was so delicious. Great spot, best wings ever!!! Our waiter was extremely attentive and made sure we were take care of.
Re-vamp of my previous rating a month or two ago..... Decided to order from here again because I love the flavor of my favorite wings (Spicy Ranch Lemon Pepper dry rub). The last few times before were subpar....however, tonight they were crunchy, juicy, and all-out badass so I wanted to update my original rating. Not sure if management changed or WTH but I'm not boycotting anymore unless I start getting the previously mentioned service and quality again. Thank you
There's not many wing places these days that I actually like, big city wings is an exception to that rule, size, flavor and texture has always been top notch
We have not been to Big City Wings in a very long time because of the very poor service and the not so great food and it being dirty. Yesterday we tried it again and we were extremely happy! Our waitress Ashley was great, she came and took our order within minutes of us sitting down and was always checking on us to see if there was anything we needed. This place is good been here twice and I really like their wings not really much to complain. Also I love their potato wedges. The ranch could be better by it tasting more like Wingstop.
I am puzzled by some of the reviews. We had a great experience-delicious food, attentive, friendly service and fast delivery to our table of our food and drink orders. Maybe something changed in the last few weeks. Ashlee was our server and she made everything great. The store manager welcomed and seated us. We even met the regional manager.
