I had the most wonderful experience here! Ariel (bar tender) and Wes (manager) are amazing!!!! Ariel made excellent drinks with great recommendations. Wes was very helpful as well! Will def be back! Great food, drinks and service!
Couldn't help but notice when I walked in the interior walls were outlined with false bricks. I tried to not let it effect my experience, but it's like they didn't want us to have the full effect of Big City Wings. Obviously if you're in BIG city, there are REAL bricks. As for the rest, good wings.
For the price of the wings your better off ordering at other places for better price and quality. Good luck with a waiter who is attentive.
Go in and sit at the bar with Sherwin. He is attentive, professional, funny - a recipe for a great bartender. Food always comes out hot! The boneless wings are HUGE with plenty of sauce on them. The wings are fresh and I can never finish them. Variety of fries to choose from and salads are good as well! Huge, cold tap beers. Enjoy!
It was delicious! Clare did awesome. We had fun. We'll definitely be back. Fried Mac and cheese in lemon pepper seasoning...you can thank me later.
Still good! Wings are coming out hot, wings are gigantic and the sauce is still boss. I personally like the lemon pepper hot. We've tried the potato wedges and I would recommend them 100% of the time, I think they are fresh! Taste it at least. Our waiter is this young boy who is tall, skinny with curly hair, he is the best waiter! Our drinks were never empty, he constantly checked on us, cleared our table and was very quick. We'll be asking to be seated where he is serving if he is working. Hard working kid!
Big City is awesome! They have some unique wing flavors to give you a break from every other restaurant. I really like the Sour Cream and Onion. Also, the staff is wonderful. Ken, The Manager always stops by to make sure everything came out okay, and Jackson is the best waiter ever! We have gotten to where we request him! Keep up the good work!
My first time coming was a few days ago and I really enjoyed the food. I ended up getting a to go order as well and i believe the girl that took my order was Sonya and she had amazing customer service.
Discovering this place near my neighborhood is a nice surprise. We got lucky and checked it out on Tuesday to discover the 2 for Tuesday special where it's like buy one get one free on wings. The are several sauces for wings. My favorite is hot with garlic. We found the staff to be friendly and will come again the next time a craving for wings develops.
