Re-vamp of my previous rating a month or two ago..... Decided to order from here again because I love the flavor of my favorite wings (Spicy Ranch Lemon Pepper dry rub). The last few times before were subpar....however, tonight they were crunchy, juicy, and all-out badass so I wanted to update my original rating. Not sure if management changed or WTH but I'm not boycotting anymore unless I start getting the previously mentioned service and quality again. Thank you

There's not many wing places these days that I actually like, big city wings is an exception to that rule, size, flavor and texture has always been top notch

We have not been to Big City Wings in a very long time because of the very poor service and the not so great food and it being dirty. Yesterday we tried it again and we were extremely happy! Our waitress Ashley was great, she came and took our order within minutes of us sitting down and was always checking on us to see if there was anything we needed. This place is good been here twice and I really like their wings not really much to complain. Also I love their potato wedges. The ranch could be better by it tasting more like Wingstop.

I am puzzled by some of the reviews. We had a great experience-delicious food, attentive, friendly service and fast delivery to our table of our food and drink orders. Maybe something changed in the last few weeks. Ashlee was our server and she made everything great. The store manager welcomed and seated us. We even met the regional manager. Service Is really hit or miss, don't know if it is due to understaffed or something else. Food is great. I remember the first time I realized they had waffle fries and was initially concerned as I had never found a place with crispy good waffle fries but they were phenomenal here. My biggest frustration with this place is that you can't get a 5 win basket with fries. So when you order for delivery and forget to ADD fries, you wind up with no fries. It was a super busy night when we came in and there were several big groups that came in right ahead of us, we did have a few hiccups but Will took great care of us and ensured that we had a great meal and overall experience. Food was great! Thank you so much and we will absolutely be back!

Me and my partner went there we sat at bar WONDERFUL bartender Brewer. Took great care of us very alert to every customer who sat in bar area can't speak for whole store but her service was amazing. Oh yea FOOD WAS AWESOME EVERYTHING SHE RECOMMENDED WAS AWAOME . Was a first time there didn't know what to get so we ate from her favorites . GOLDEN WINGS , White Wings , was AMAZING WILL BE BACK
