I want to start this review by saying I am a person that dines out often. Today we were conflicted about where to go, and ended up here. I am so grateful that we did. Wonderful service from Alicia to start, but not only was she friendly, she was attentive and prompt. The food was excellent. The wings were superb. My wife and I went to BCW tonight and the experience was amazing. Our server was Jared. He took excellent care of us and was the life is the party. He made sure everything was perfect. The wings were buy one, get one free and were well worth the price even if they had not been. I cannot say enough about Jared and his manager Terry. Great all the way around! We will be back again and again!

My family and I have visited here several times, we enjoy the food, the sports, and have always received great service. A few of the waiters know us by name, and we recently met the manager Terry. During these strange times it's great to be able to dine in, and to do so on our terms, no dictation at this location. We will continue to support businesses like this one ,that respect our constitutional rights. Thanks Big City Wings Rayford, for the state of normalcy you provide!

I absolutely loved working here, but it all went downhill one day I was dismissed by a manager and then terminated for "walking out." I was not notified of my termination until the next morning, AFTER I got there and AFTER I clocked in. But other than that I say the food and service of my ex-coworkers is top tier.

The pork nachos dish is the best. Service was good and friendly and drinks are cold. It's GREAT to eat at a restaurant again.

I love this place!! Terry the manager is a great leader and keeps the place clean and running efficiently. I ordered their deal for 5 lbs of crawfish (super cheap) and my bf and I were genuinely satisfied. I am very picky when it comes to crawfish. I like them big and juicy and hot. These were massive and the spice was perfect. I am salivating just thinking about them... I am coming back again this weekend for more!! Service was fast and they practiced proper safety procedures for covid 19!!

I've been here twice now, once doing a to go order and once dining in. Both times everything was great. We ordered a to go order for a group of 6 people and everyone enjoyed it. The waffle fries are very good. The wings are a good size as well. We dined in on a Sunday. They have $3 mimosas and $5 bloody Mary's on Sunday. The service was great. Overall I really enjoy this place and am pleasantly surprised with it considering all of the negative comments on here.

Looking through the reviews before I decided to take the kids here one Thursday night and I was worried about getting out in a reasonable amount of time. Turns out, our service seemed to differ drastically from the chief complaints on here.
