Service sucked. Order was wrong, my tea they had to fix 3 times.. I said sweet tea for some reason they kept bringing unsweet... Asked for lemons 2 times ended up grabbing them myself frm bar because they kept forgetting to bring them. Burger was wrong and all they did was bring me the toppings that went for it on the side instead of jst refixing whole order. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!! I placed a 150 wing order through doordash, which there isn't an option for bone in or boneless. So I called and verified with the store to add boneless onto the complete ticket. When it delivered it i got 25 boneless and 125 bone in. I called and first talked to a manager Laura and she wasn't helpful and I than talked to Terry the GM, never got an apology and he kept telling me I have to go to doordash to discuss the issue. I ordered a sampler with wings my husband ordered a burger with sweet fries and then 2 kids meals. I asked about the different sauces to toss the wings in when I was told the medium sauce had good buffalo flavor but not to much spice I went ahead and decided on that. Terrible service. Food took forever to get. And when I asked for honey mustard dip they never brought it. Just bad service.
I don’t leave very many negative reviews but we just walked out after waiting 10 minutes without being acknowledged by a waiter. All four tables around us were talked to and even a table that sat down after us received drinks. It wasn’t busy with multiple servers visible and multiple servers had opportunities to at minimal say we will be right back to help you as they walked past our table. Oh well off to B-Dubs for Wings and beer for 5 people.
My wife and I waited 15 minutes with our boys ages 2 and 9. In that time span no one came to take our drink orders, however there were 2 other tables that sat down after us, and they were taken care of.
3 strikes ... you’re out. I’d so love to see the businesses in our community succeed. As a restaurant I feel it’s not that hard to be successful with the limited choices in area. 1st try... you don’t know what a dressed beer is.... you bring cold adult meals out prior to the child’s cheese burger you had wrong when you finally did bring it out. 2!!!
