Service was terrible. Our server took our order, brought our food out (ignoring the requests for straws we made both times) and we never heard from her again until we had another server hunt her down for the bill. I had to get things myself. The manager did not seem too concerned that a customer was having to go up to the bar for straws and the employees only area to get their own silverware (He was standing there both times). Terrible place. Recently went, employees not wearing masks and no social distancing. They got my order wrong as well. The wings had no sauce on them, just dry, cold wings. The kids burger had no cheese, too. When the food was remade she said the wings were "hot", as I got the hottest level. Lies. No kick to them at all. I recommend JAXBURGERS on Rayford or FM2920 for wings and burgers and shakes. Save your money guys, all big city locations are terrible. This place is a joke. While the food is decent (if you actually receive it) the wait staff and managers are completely clueless. The waiter got the order wrong, no big deal, it happens. 40 minutes after we let her know, the food still isn't there. We tell her to cancel the order because at this point we've waited 30 minutes for the wrong food, and now another 40. The management is fine, however, when I went here to eat with my daughter, I had a friend who I used to work with as my waitress. There was another waiter helping him. Well, I had ordered some mimosas that day and before I could tell the waiter I wasn't done with it, he took it ... sat down in the booth in front of me and snuck and downed the rest of the mimosa that I had paid for! My family and I attended this restaurant today. The food was actually delicious however the service and alcoholic beverages weren't. We had multiple things missing from our meals. Some orders weren't taken correctly. The manager apologized for the service and comped a couple desserts and our 1 appetizer. Overall the waitress was not attentive. I would suggest doing togo.

Y'all are so unorganized. I order from you guys through the DoorDash 25 piece wings and y'all send me a burger. Lol I order again CALLED you went over the new order with a young lady to make sure you guys got it right and YOU STILL didn't give me what orders. What was the point of going over the order on the the phone just for you to turn around and get it wrong for the second time. This literally happen 30 min ago. And I'll be getting a refund AGAIN.

I've been trying to support local establishments since the COVID-19 outbreak. Definitely will not be supporting this one again. The wings = drenched in sauce. The fries = clearly reheated. The Mac and cheese = LOL see the pics. What a joke. Go to a BW3, Wingstop or Pluckers.

YUCK-Terrible crawfish! Tried it last weekend and got the worst crawfish we've ever eaten. We used to come here every Friday during crawfish season when it was Sammy's. Boiled normal, but tossed in butter and dry Ranch dressing? Gross! No sausage and they didn't know how to serve in a bucket. We walked away after paying and not eating....and went to Crabby Daddy's for normal crawfish. Do not waste your time on crawfish here! You will be disappointed with service too. No wine except very low end.

Numbers numbers numbers Customer secure 0 out of 10 Value for your money 0 out of 10 Steer clear of this place (uber eats review) Zero plain and simple. If there was an option for one stars they would have the honor of being the first with zero stars. This place charged me for items i didnt receive and then made me call uber to try to get the charges removed when all they had to do was call me and allow me to change it. I called them and they didn't care. Stay far far away from this dump.
