Although this place started strong when it initially opened its doors, it has quickly gone down hill. Prepare to wait 20 minutes for your drinks and 40 minutes for your food even on a slow night (the place is never busy). The place is always cold. The wings are usually cold. I am not sure how this place expects to keep customers or draw new ones when they plan to fail every night. After several chances, my wife and I will never be returning with our family.

Good food bad service. My wings literally came out without sauce. I ordered Buffalo sauce and my wings came out without sauce just a crunchy shell. Then I asked him for some on the side. He brought out butter. Legit melted butter. I asked him what flavor these wings are and he said "butter sauce" I looked at the menu to find that butter sauce is not even a choice I don't know what planet my waiter/waitress (we couldn't tell) was on. This place isn't the best it's not what we ask for they gave us a totally different order, we got ripped off payed to much for not so good food, we asked for boneless wings but they gave us bones instead, my whole order was completely different then what I asked for and payed for as well! Unbelievable.

Service is terrible and management are obviously inexperienced. No one knows what's going on and I just waited an hour for an Togo order when I was quoted 15 minutes online & the restaurant was practically empty. Guess where my food was the whole hour? The warmer that no one had sense enough to check. Good luck with this location.

Ordered online, flavor was awful! Ordered dry rub lemon pepper, received buffalo with lemon pepper on top!!!!!! Garlic Extra Hot was just sprinkled garlic powder. Was not impressed and will not return as a customer!

Not my favorite. I ordered a house margarita on the rocks which had little to no alcohol. I am a lightweight and felt nothing after drinking it. The wings were okay. My husband ordered the 3rd hottest sauce and he didn't think it was hot at all. For comparison, he orders the third hottest sauce at BW3s and loves it. He also ordered the bbq sauce and did like that. I ordered the garlic parmesan sauce which is also what I ordered at BW3s and prefer the latter. Ate here once and the service was horrible but I thought I would give it another try because I thought the wings were good. Went back a second time and the service was even worse. Got my food and my wings were cold. So I told our server and they brought me out new wings and after taking a bite could tell that they were cooked and then microwaved because it was the absolute toughest chicken I've ever eaten before. Hi, I really hate to make complaints,but something on my heart told me I should share my horrible experience. I was really excited to try out big city wings because of the great news I heard from a friend. It went down hill when my waitress Bryce didn't greet us so nicely! He never came to the table to ask us what we would like to drink until after we got our food and we had already started eating. Wings are terrible and the margaritas had no alcohol in them. The sauces are completely awful. You'd think they could at least get that part right. It's not much better that after 3 margaritas I felt absolutely nothing.
