I've been coming here for awhile now and they have worst service I've experienced also being sports bar haVe no pay previews just go to Buffalo Wild Wings it's a lot better
First time to try Big City Wings. I asked what is their most popular dry rub wing recipe. I placed my order and was told it would be 15min till the wings were ready. Wifee & I decided to drink a beer while we waited. After 15min I made my way back to the front desk where I sat ,for another 15min, while the front desk employee took, and fulfilled orders. Usually good wings and tenders, but tonight, I had feathered wings that definitely ruined my wing and NFL playoff night experience. Disappointed.
First time coming here and it was HORRIBLE service. Sat down and not one waiter or waitress came to speak or even give us water. Spoke to someone who appeared to be a manager and she said "I'll be right with you" and NEVER came to the table. I would not recommend a place where service is bad. And this was my first time.
My first time eating here and I can say I will not be eating here anymore. First off, I order an 10 piece chipotle bbq wings and sweet potato fries and I can say the chicken was very cold and tuff, they tasted like they were cooked five hours before I got there and they just stuck them in the plate. Our favorite place to go in Spring and they removed onion rings from the menu, anyone else upset about this corporate decision?
Sure would have been nice to have tried the food. We sat for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. No one noticed we walked out. It was 3pm and not busy at all. Horrible first impression.
Looks cool, food was ok. Nothing to make me wanna tell the work. Bring something unique in and better "bar manager "
I gave them 1 Star because 0 wasn't an option so the 1 is being generous!! When we sat down and had our initial visit my husband politely asked that no one reach over our food. Our waitress never told us her name and after speaking with the manager (Lauren) we found that her name was Rachel!
