This was the worst service. Food was good but we got there at 7:00. Took forever to put our order in, food came out pretty fast after that but to get our bill took f o r e v e r....yawn... system was down....had to go and grab some cash. Then Actually stood up front for 5 to 10 minutes before someone actually took our cash for the bill. 8:45 and we are out.

Expected fast service from an empty restaurant but I was wrong and when the order finally got to the table, it was wrong. Waitress questioned my boyfriend when he stated that the order is wrong and didn't seem to know the menu and asked him what was on his plate. No manager came to our table to communicate and we had to stare at someone before they came to our table. No "sorry for the inconvenience." Fixing the order took too long. We decided to leave. Stay away from this knockoff Buffalo Wild Wings

This was probably my worst experience. I walked in and ordered wings to go. I paid an upcharge for salad and that wss ok. I went to sit down and my order was presented. I was told by the manager Dave that they didnt have my first three dressing choices so he chose for me telling me, youll be fine. When my 30 dollar order arrived...Spilling, no bag and a mess. Garlic Parmesan Wings were terrible, tasted like a big pile of salt. I'm not sure how anyone could eat them.

On saturday, February 9th, we went to Big City Wings at at 7620 Katy Freeway in Houston to have dinner and watch the Rockets game. To start with we ordered a basket of wings with three flavours, and the Dumpster Fries, with sour cream and avocado on the side, and no BBQ sauce. Our server was a young guy, and I believe it was his first day on the job and he was a bit nervous. He wrote down our order, and repeated it back to us to make sure he had it right. I'm disappointed because my money was taking off of my debit card and was declined from there register! So with the funds gone out my account they told me to call my bank! But I couldn't get my food! After waiting for about 39 minutes hey tried to give me back the food they already had made for me as if I wanted it cold! I asked them to make it fresh! The second go around was on my lunch break! This place is so disappointing! I guess I reallllly wanted Pluckers but there's nothing even close to that over here so I went with big city wings.. Blah! We tried 3 different sauces and they were all disappointing. I felt all I tasted was oil and grease. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars was because the fried pickles we ordered saved the day. Literally. The pickle was thick and breading was tasty. I won't be ordering or eating here again.

Not as horrible as Buffalo Wild Wings but still not great. Ordered to go and they put everything in one container... if money was an issue I would've paid additional for the food to be separate. The wings are exchanged sauces and got all over the fries... such a let down. The carrots were great though!

Horrible! Terrible service. Food is not good. Manager has dirt under his nails. I will NEVER come back to this place.
