The app would use a few improvements (I was using iOS on iPhone 6) - I kept getting error messages when I would check on my progress. It would also have been nice to understand more of the payment plans before I Got to the the final checkout screen (I hadn’t read the FAQ yet). But, overall, the actual service was great and I would recommend to a friend.

Bill Shark Rocks! Less than 5 minutes to load bills and sign up. Super easy process then my shark went right to work. Communication is amazing they keep you in the loop on their progress the whole way with texts and emails and a detailed followup phone call. I highly recommend. No down side if they can’t do any thing on your bills because then they congratulate you on being so savvy and you part ways. But trust me I thought I was savvy and they still found $745 per year in savings!
