It sounds great that Billshark lowered my bills. I would appreciate it if I wasn't hung up on when they call me. I didn't get a voicemail because I answered the call.

I submitted the same bill twice and it took quite awhile to hear anything back. I also think Billsharks 40% fee is a bit too much. I wasn’t expecting their cut to be so high and due upfront. Thanks anyway.

Difficult to communicate with your company/people. Didn't save me much money, $40.00 over two months with a 14.40 fee, so savings was only 25.60 over two months, however, I do appreciate the savings.
