I am happy that $20 came off my Comcast bill but I didn't know I had to pay somebody to do that!!!! I am not happy about being charged to do this I will not use you again I'm sorry. I felt like I was scammed.

They told me I had the best plan on T-mobile but still saved me $25. But turned around and charged me $10. I mean so I saved $15 but I’m not sure it’s it’s worth $10 from now on. My sons phone is paid off so my phone bill will already be going down $25. I don’t need to pay someone $10 for what I found out was going down anyways.

Do yourselves a favor and get in touch with this company. The people here at bill shark are trained negotiaters. By the obvious posting here they've successfully negotiated my bill into but $373.00 in savings which is a long way from what I was paying before plus bill shark will monitor their work to just make sure we're getting the savings for the year so in a sense they're a company who talks other companies into doing what's right and then makes sure they stick with the negotiated aggreement yeah bill shark is the way to ... read more
