I submitted three bills for review. Although there were no changes to two of the bills, there was a nice adjustment to the third. Additionally, although there were no changes on two of the submissions, I did get confirmation that I was currently receiving a competitive rate and not overpaying. That knowledge was reassuring in light of no changes to the bill amount.
Shaun was very helpful and I’m pleased with his service. He worked with me and my busy schedule but it’s more BillShark’s policy. I understand that they ask for 40% of what you save. But when it comes to phone bills, it’s 40% of what you save over 24 months. I let my rep know that I was planning to leave Sprint in a couple of months so that’s when I would have liked to have been told that it was over a 24 month period before negotiating and locking me into this plan.
