Did as they said they would do, saved me money. Nothing more to say, I would recommend this service to anyone.
I really liked that all I had to do was upload my bill and the rest was handled by BillShark. The only downside (and the reason for a lost star) was that there were not updates on the process. I honestly had forgot I was using BillShark or thought maybe they weren't doing anything because I wasnt receiving alerts when my case moved through the process. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the case was settled.
They charge a pretty heavy chunk of the savings but they always save you money. If you want any kind of discount, I highly recommend.

They let me know how much I’ll save over the course of 24 months, but they want their portion of the savings all right now, so here at Christmas time, I owe them over $200. Good grief, what a jip.

The fee they charge after saving you is more than other similar websites. However, they were able to save me almost $300 (spread over the year) on my internet bill. The staffing is both professional and effiecient. Would definitely recommend them.
