They didn't save any money for me. Instead they just changed my wireless plan to save me $20 on 5 GB data instead of unlimited, and wanted a $280 fee!!! That's not saving! That's just changing my plan, which i could easily do on my own. Do not fall for it. Call companies on your own! Much cheaper that way and probably way more effective.
I have used them before and they were just as good as the first time. Always looking to make things right and find savings!

I signed up for this service with my Sprint cell phone bill. Someone contacted me asking if I'd be okay with losing hotspot services to save money each month. I said that I would discuss it with my husband and get back to them if we decided to go ahead with it. My husband said no, and life was super busy so I never got around to calling them back.
