You NEED to make it very clear from the beginning how much you're going to charge and when/how you expect that payment. I saw the percentage before any savings was calculated on my account, but never got an exact amount or due date until the invoice. You gave me only five days to pay a very large invoice that I had no way of anticipating -- and I haven't even gotten any savings yet from the service!
