I put in a ticket to grab a list of my clients' connections and he called me shortly after (I would say 5 minutes after I put in my ticket) to explain to me how I can use the sheet he sent over to help my clients. To me, that was above and beyond and he explained things very clearly and answered all of my questions. I've sent a few tickets through Ajay and he always goes the extra mile. ??
