The technician was not able to reconnect my account but it was due to my lack of account details. However, he was very patient and tried numerous ways to find a solution.
The Birdeye staff are always extremely helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I called about an issue that I later realized was unrelated to Birdeye, yet the support person over the phone still worked to help me solve the problem. I appreciate the fantastic customer service, and how knowledgeable the support team is. Thank you!
