What do you like best?
The campaign tools for requesting new reviews are easy and effective to use. The ability for a business with multiple agents to have the agent reviews "roll-up" to the main location is the best of both worlds for a business that wants to promote its agents and main location simultaneously. BirdEye support is proactive and timely. Everyone we have worked with goes above and beyond in their service level. If you point out new functionality that you would like, they will make it happen.
What do you dislike?
Not much. The BirdEye landing page could use a few tweaks. The API integration so reviews show on the website is a little tough to format if you aren't a developer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to run campaigns to all your clients to request their reviews. Use the "share review" campaign and the "request reviews" campaigns for email and definitely use the "SMS request." Make sure to customize the email/SMS campaigns so they are unique to your business.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are generating much more feedback on our online review sites (Google, Zillow, Yelp, etc.). We are using the review rollup so agent-level reviews also show for our main location, eliminating the need for the user to write two separate reviews.
