"#1 Choice for Large Enterprise Customers"
What do you like best?
The product support and consistent product innovations from BirdEye are exceptional! Having worked with several members of the team in managing our Enterprise account, I can say that BirdEye provides a personal touch in their customer service. My vocal suggestions and requests have been met with high responsiveness and nearly immediate improvements. As a result, the BirdEye dashboard is now fully customized to our company's needs and my personal preferences. The level of support BirdEye provides for reporting, integrations, and solutions is impressive and constantly evolving.
What do you dislike?
Due to the many upgrades and changes to our sources, products, and the user interface, there were some glitches that had to be worked out for some time. Their team has been working hard to iron these out and now the user experience is exceptional. I can browse seamlessly through the various reporting tabs and gain deeper insights at their latest launch of the new Insights tab. The logic behind our product hierarchy and set up in BirdEye was well-executed thanks to the B.E. team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
#1 choice for large enterprise customers. Birdeye is customizable and designed for high level management of various locations or products. Monitor reviews, analyze performance and customer sentiment, increase and promote positive reviews. Simple and easy to use. Highly recommend this product and company.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Real-time listening to the voice of the customer, fast response times to positive and negative reviews online, internal reporting within our organization to drive product/process innovations. In the future: review solicitations at various company touch points, employee mobilization, and review integration on our websites, all with the help of the BirdEye tool and their top-notch customer support.
