The customer success manager that helped us set up our account was Taylor Conrad. She was very prompt and took the time to listen to our questions and was able to answer everything. She was very patient and had such an enthusiastic personality. We've set up other accounts in the past with other people but none can compare to Taylor. She actually made setting up the account fun! We have had minimal problems with Birdeye, but when questions arise, I can easily get online support through chat. you always follow up with an email as well.
Overall it went pretty well. The only thing I wish I saw differently was the attitude of my support assistant. He seemed polite, but also superficial - as though he was only polite because he was required to. Not dissatisfied, just not completely satisfied.
