As promised, Nicole had the exterminator come to service my unit the very next day. Her customer service was professional and much appreciated. Secondly, the maintenance man whose name is Anthony brought over and hung the new blinds for the balcony door. As a new tenant I rate their co.bined effort very satisfactory. I had a very pleasant meet & greet with the staff, her name is Nicole, she was very nice and patient with me. She really made me feel very welcome through the whole process. There was no pressure at all, and I love my new home.Â

Our dishwasher broke on Thursday night, someone was out first thing Friday to check it out and replacement was in when I got home Monday afternoon 😊Â

We had an issue with our bathroom sink not draining and the pipe underneath needed to be looked at as well for a small leak. Craig came out very quickly on a Sunday to take a look and was able to fix the drainage issue and told us he’d inform the plumber of the issue the next day so he could come over to fix the pipe. Craig was very kind and informative. He passed the message along and Julian came over on Monday to fix it and even adjusted our water pressure while he was there.
