As promised, Nicole had the exterminator come to service my unit the very next day. Her customer service was professional and much appreciated. Secondly, the maintenance man whose name is Anthony brought over and hung the new blinds for the balcony door. As a new tenant I rate their co.bined effort very satisfactory. I had a very pleasant meet & greet with the staff, her name is Nicole, she was very nice and patient with me. She really made me feel very welcome through the whole process. There was no pressure at all, and I love my new home.
