Our dishwasher broke on Thursday night, someone was out first thing Friday to check it out and replacement was in when I got home Monday afternoon 😊Â

We had an issue with our bathroom sink not draining and the pipe underneath needed to be looked at as well for a small leak. Craig came out very quickly on a Sunday to take a look and was able to fix the drainage issue and told us he’d inform the plumber of the issue the next day so he could come over to fix the pipe. Craig was very kind and informative. He passed the message along and Julian came over on Monday to fix it and even adjusted our water pressure while he was there. There’s a maintenance guy named Frankie, who is really just the best. My shower has had issues multiple times, but when Frankie fixed it, it actually works great, finally. He fixed the water pressure, the leak, and he just fixed the tiles. Seriously, thank you! I trust him to come into my apartment when I’m not home, which is huge. Thank you for sending him!Â
