Awesome. Knowledgeable service guy, efficient, cleaned up his mess.
A very good experience. The scheduling was easy, the technician called and gave me a time he would be here, and he showed up on time. He was very professional and respected myself as well as my home but also had a very friendly easy-going manner. It was nice that he spoke highly of the company he worked for. He had been in the business for years so I felt like I was in good hands. Definitely will use again and recommend to my friends

Everything was great - the quote was very reasonable, the salesperson was very responsive & answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. The installers were professional, personable, and hard-working. The installation took much longer than expected but they finished the job with great attitudes. There was some water leakage after the installation, but Black Lion came out right away the next day and fixed the problem.

Within a couple of days of calling, Tyrel Owens came out to inspect the current setup. He gave a call that morning that he could come by early, which I accepted. He was pleasant and professional to deal with and gave precise and understandable explanations and what exactly I needed. He prepared a quote that that was clear and concise. Black Lion Heating & A/C technician Jeff Portteus performed the work efficiently and called to our attention a worn ignitor which he replaced. Thanks to Mr. Portteus' inspection we saved several hundred dollars since the ignitor was still under warranty. We recommend Black Lion Heating & A/C as well as Mr. Portteus without reservation and have already reserved their services for 2018.
Great but, they showed up an hour after their 'window' of time and didn't text or call to let us know. Thankfully, we had someone home all day so, it wasn't a big deal (they get a 'B' for that because I'm assuming good intent given that traffic in our city is simply terrible). The service itself was fine; they (of course) noticed other things about this 'soon to be retired' furnace so, instead of paying under $200, we ended up spending close to or over $700. Went in more of a problem than I thought, in all repairs were done beyond my expectations and Kyle was an awesome representative of Black Lion, Would highly recommend.
