quick and thorough installation
Prompt service both times. The furnace install was a replacement for a similar condensing furnace. The heat pump required a bit more work, but the install took a bit over half the day. The new heat pump is wonderfully quiet.
They were really good at coming right out. They found our home and most people can't.
Punctual, on time and professional
It went fine. It ended up costing more than I thought. They did a good job. Its a great service, it just cost more than I thought. They did a couple more things. If I had more time I would have priced it out. I probably wouldn't have done that. When you buy your coupon online, you don't price it out or bid. You are kind of stuck now. They come out in the spring and fall. They do the heating and A/C. They don't do duct cleaning but they also do natural gas fireplaces. They were professional.
