I have been going to Blue Sky for over year. The staff is very friendly and caring, they support you every step of the way. The encouragement and positivity really go a long way in helping you reach your goal. I would recommend Blue Sky to everyone!
After talking with a friend about Blue Sky I decided to give them a call, Embarrassed and not going into it with an open mind thinking this won't work/help.. I made the call. I'm from South Carolina but spend summers in North Carolina. I started hormone therapy at Blue Sky last year. I did not get up during the winter for my "refill" pellet. I won't let that happen again. I was VERY irritable, joint and muscle aches, feeling down, tearful and generally terrible. I realized I needed a refill. Within days my energy and general well being improved! The best place to get the help you need. Everyone is knowledge able an helpful.
Since starting the program in October 16 I have changed so much. I have tried about every diet plan there is only to lose but gain it back. Now that I'm older this program is teaching this old dog new habits. I am proud of myself and scoring 'brownie' points with my medical doctor. The positive encourage keeps me going and I appreciate that more than anything. Thanks BlueSky!!!
