I don't know what I would do without Blue Sky MD. Dr. Lamond and his staff are excellent caregivers. I have always experienced very positive treatment from this medical establishment.

I started at Blue Sky in June of 2016. I have lost 45 pounds, have 5 more to go. It is slow going but I hope to keep in off. I started to take off weight so my knee would quit hurting. Since May, I have managed to increase my walking daily to about 4 miles a day. I feel great. At 72, I feel better than I have in years. Thank you Blue Sky for helping me learn how to eat. It hasn't been easy, but now I do know I can do it.
