I started with Blue Sky in February. I have lost 17 lbs. I am still working at my weight lost. I am very pleased with the program. They are very positive and I have learned a lot about how my body is burns calories now in my 50's. Thanks Blue Sky
This program is one of the best things I have ever done for myself! I have lost 33 lbs so far and feel like I have the tools and the encouragement from staff to keep it off. I love that they aim to see the full picture of what has kept you from successfully losing weight or having energy and help you knock down those obstacles, whether it be in the form of hormone therapy or nutritional counseling. I would recommend this program to everyone!

I love this place I have been going there for about 14 months The Hormone treatment has worked out GREAT!! I not only feel better but I have lost weight I sleep better and have a better outlook on life. I would recommend anyone to try this before anything else.
It definitely gives you a little edge back, as far as an overall sense of well-being. I went to the Winston-Salem office on its second day seeing patients. I have been going ever since, so that is almost 2 years. Be patient as they get your dose correct. It helps me with my exhaustion, depression, and cynicism about life. My regular doctor worries about cancer but I think that is his lack of understanding the product. We have to have a quality of life also.
