I originally went to Blue Sky MD Arden-Skyland for weight loss about 1 &1/2 years ago... I lost 45 lbs in < 6 months, have gained 15 lbs of it back due to poor food choices, :/ but I continue to go for the hormone replacement therapy (pellets) with amazing results! My health & quality of life are as good as when I was in my 20's (I will turn 58 yr old next month) I would recommend these professionals to anyone looking to loose weight & get healthier!
July 2016 was the first experience I had with BlueSky. The moment I walked in to every appointment after has been so positive, uplifting and encouraging. The days I feel down, the staff have always taken time to talk to me. I've been reaching goal after goal since beginning the program. I can't thank the Doctors and Wellness Coaches enough for all they do to help! I am only in my 4th week but already see results and and learning how to take care of myself better through diet and exercise!
